The Santa Cruz County Artist of The Year, 1999

The Santa Cruz County Arts Commission and Board of Supervisors awards an artist annually for their outstanding achievement in the discipline of performing, visual or literary arts. The recipient must be a resident of or operating in Santa Cruz County, have a national and/or international reputation, and have contributed to the local community through their work in the arts.
